Sarg & Gypsy in the roundpen

OMG it is so good to have this facility.....We decided to do this all at liberty
Gypsy is such a responsive girl- after a bit of a yahoo she did everything we wanted - voice commands & hand signals - hand by sides for "walk" -raise slightly for "trot" then straight up for "canter"- she backs up at the slightest wiggle of your finger but had to change to "halt" for stop- she found walk & whoa  too much alike.
Use my finger to beckon for"Comup"- she had it in no time at all....She was turning when we said turn- wow what a star....
I had to go to Britomart market this morning- all extra $$$ for horses tho hee hee- so will do some more tomorrow...I have ordered one of the parelli balls...it's on it's way - hurry up - can't wait....tomorrow i will do pole work and sideways movement with her....she is awsome...so intelligent.
Sarg picked up the "turn" "halt" "comeup" "back" "trot" "canter" but took a while to get the "walk" but once he had it it wasn't a problem....He had been a bit nippy lately and I felt he was getting sick and tired of the mud too - needing a bit of something else so my 41st wedding anniversary prezzie from Dennis was very much appreciate!!!!!  I LOVE IT.... I have taken video's but I have to learn how to get them from the camera to the computer...may need a grandchild to come over and show me Hahaha- you hoo Maddie!!!!
