WOW what a day- Dennis finished my roundpen
Trimming off the posts
That bobcat is so quick...
How exciting- Sargeant will be in there this afternoon
Del came down and put Sarg through his paces....He gave his sign of approval....He will go in again tomorrow then Gypsy....I think we will get Sargeant ready for riding now that we have this facility...we have done it all so far and I am sure Sargeant and Cinnabar will most definitely be done together...Del had Sargeant at liberty - he was so quick to learn exactly what she wanted...Clever chap....I'll have the video charged and ready to go...Both Sarg and Cinney have had saddles etc on their backs and we have always done things at their pace, so we don't want to pressure them into riding until we KNOW they are ready....so keep your eyes on this blog as I'll update it as we go....unfortunately I won't be in the roundpen myself for a little while- I'll be on video duty but as soon as my foot is up to it, I'll be in there too- so watch this space!!!!
Round pen looks great. Hope leg gets better soon.
ReplyDeleteSunshine Yeah!!!!!
Leg still causing a lot of pain- BUT is improving with the arnica & symphytom...I tink that works better on me than voltaren or naproson- I am sure the sunshine has helped too- I won't be leaping around in clods of mud...Yay!!!
ReplyDeleteLooks great!! No stopping you now..look forward to the next instalment. Take care of your leg....weather improving now so sure your leg will too!!
ReplyDeletePS Loved the post about the calf shed - smart ponies!
Thanks for the comments..you and Hana certainly inspire me!!!! Leg feeling much better already- pills from Doc not as good as the arnica & symphytom!!! I keep it strapped during the day and the support is helping it immensley...Boy having this roundpen is such a bonus...Sarg and Gypsy have been in so far - all at liberty AND THEY/WE LOVE IT...I have taken some video's but have to work out how to get them from the camera to the computer...when I do look out- I'll most likely bore everyone to tears...oh they joys of loving horses..hee hee
