Springtime - Yay

Today Noa and Louka are frollicking in their paddock- must be springtime..Hoorah!!!!!!
Louka is really coming into his own now- Noa can't boss him around as much now and he
is just such a sweetie- he comes up to us in the paddock now. Alisha came to help me with the planting and the horses on Monday and today- and is going to continue to do that while she is at tech- wow that is such a big help, and she is fantastic with the horses....we had 2 wonderful days doing the planting and digging the vegetable garden and then grooming and playing with the horses. Sargeant and Gypsy look magnificent after we brushed all the mud off them...Sargeant was in 7th heaven standing in the sun and being groomed....Gypsy is such a princess- she just loves to be pampered...so we put some rose geranium into the water to make sure no little bugs annoy them, and I have put the tickz drops from animal solutions into the trough- and for Gypsy who has a white nose I put the suneze drops in her trough.....I have been feeding Noa and Louka molasses through a syringe in the hope that they will come running next time I drench them- so far they do come running, so I think I'd better have it full when I do drench them again.....Both Noa and Louka look all legs at the moment they are really growing fast..Noa is loosing his winter coat but so far Louka has only lost the long foal fur around his nose....can't wait to see what he is like once it all comes out- his nose is a dusky/ cream- so far- he still has the black around the nostrils too- looks as though someone has taken a black felt tip pen and drawn around the edge of his nostrils. haha- pretty boy
